  1. Open Taesty on your Mac

    In Settings → General, enable Agent Access and keep Taesty running.

  2. Connect Claude

    Claude Desktop → Settings → Extensions. Taesty’s local extension is not released yet.

    Manual Claude Code setup

    Requires Node 22+ and the supplied connector in ~/.local/share/taesty-connector. Run in Terminal:

    claude mcp add --transport stdio --scope user taesty -- node "$HOME/.local/share/taesty-connector/server.js"

    Check with claude mcp list. The web connector cannot reach this local server.

  3. Try your first search

Shared references go to your agent and may reach its model provider.
